Introduction
The Lunenburg County Multi-Purpose Centre Corporation (formed in December, 2009) is responsible for the design and construction of the long-awaited multi-purpose facility. The Management Board consists of eight members: two elected officials and two community members from each municipality. On behalf of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg and the Town of Bridgewater, the Management Board will have the right to manage the design, construction and operations of the facility.

The LunenburgCounty Lifestyle Centre ("LCLC") Society is the original Society formed in the spring of 2007. These dedicated individuals worked tirelessly for almost three years laying the groundwork for the Corporation and its Management Board.
